Not sure what you're trying to do here :S What do you mean by 'word answer'? Is this your lockscreen password not being accepted? If so, you can reset your password via the Device Manager. Just log into play.google.com from a PC with the same account that's on your phone, select the Gear icon, and select Device Manager.
