Blue tooth headset

I am having issues with my vm670 ear speaker. Will any blue tooth ear set work? Is that even what its called? Im talking that thing that people wear on there ear and act like they are better than everyone else.

The bluetooth headsets have come a long way, there are actual bluetooth earbuds now. Just have a look around, and most of them shouldn't be above 70$ or so. Go to Best Buy, Micro Center, or Frys electronics, they should help you find what your looking for if amazon doesn't first.
