Can not connect my straight talk lg stylo4 to my TV using USB nor HDMI cables

The HDMI to type c cable will only have my phone attempting to charge my TV. This is ludicrous.

Welcome to Android Central! I don't think that phone supports any USB-C to HDMI adapters. It'd have to work with either Slimport or MHL, and it doesn't show up on either site:
