Is there any way to change my accent colors on my LG Stylo 4+?

I'm trying to make my phone match with this cute wallpaper and I want to know if there's a way to change the accent colors (y'know, widget color, keyboard color, settings, etc.) without having to install a theme and rely on that to change the colors?
