After a factory reset, there are no apps left to not run in safe mode. I go along with belodion - reflash the ROM. If that doesn't fix it, it's a hardware problem. (That's the benefit of 15 years of repairing cellphones, you're getting. It's what I'd do if you brought the phone to me to "fix". But considering the price of a good used Stylo 4 (

Even an unlocked one is probably cheaper. [I've seen repair shops charge $125 to replace cheap motherboards, and up from there for flagships.])
