I love smart launcher. I had that on my s4. Have not got bored enough with my v10 to make the switch, but the app is sitting in a folder for the day I do!

They are called Immaterialis Icons by an awesome designer named Sikebo Giraz

First thing I did was switch to the Google now launcher after coming from a Motorola Moto E as a music player. Although, I honestly don't mind the stock home launcher at all. Background from Backdrops, music player widget is Phonograph.
