Vibration during the day with sound for alarms at night (clock).

I use the V10 as my alarm clock. Is there a way to have the phone on vibrate for all sounds and notifications during the day, but have the stock alarm clock have sounds at night?

Yes... Put the phone on vibrate. You can use the volume buttons on the back of phone or pull down notifications and change the sound profile. Then set your alarm to whatever you want. It will always go off unless you have no interruptions turned on.
