How do I tell whether or not an app is stored on SD card or internal memory?

I want to use my internal memory for running apps and the SD card for data storage (music, pics, movies).

Take Chrome www browser for example. In application manager it shows the move to SD card option grayed out. Does that mean its currently stored on the SD card already and thus can't be moved? Or is it that its one of those apps that can not be moved to the SD card (and by default its already on my internal memory).

Same goes for my App Ops. Move to SD card is grayed out. Does that mean its already on my SD card?... or is it that it can't be moved to SD and its already in internal memory by default?

thanks!!!

If it's greyed out, then it can't be moved. Here's my Amazon shopping app. First pic is on internal, second pic is after moving it to SD card.

When you download or update an app, go into Settings, Apps. Scroll left to SD card. It will show all the apps that are/can be downloaded onto the SD card. The apps that are already downloaded will have the box checked, anything not checked can be downloaded.
