Failed update

So i have another v10 and it is giving me Error Code 409 when trying to update to Marshmallow.
Does anyone know what this code means???

I've had this happen to me on an older phone some years ago. I just held off a day, rebooted my phone and tried again. It worked.

Verizon and the international version. ATT and T-Mobile are still playing the waiting game.

Yes it's on Verizon, it's fixed and updated. I did a search online and it turns out that there was some internal software that was not updated and ready for the new software update that was coming in.
