in-coming calls and headphones

So I'm trying to figure out why I have the ringtone coming through both the headphones (Bose SoundTrue) and through the speakers with in-coming calls. Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing.. Help please

Thank you for the suggestion.. I'm trying the trial version of the SoundAbout pro right now. Now sure what setting to put it so whenever the headphone is plugged in, notifications are directed there while it returns to speaker when not plugged in. So I'm going to guess that it's just the way the phone is set up that it's both and not either or?
