After charging battery display does not reduce during usage all day the only way to get correct usage is to reboot the phone is there an easy fix

Sounds like a software issue to me. The battery and android system aren't "talking" to each other. Have you tried clearing the phone's cache? If that doesn't work I would try a factory reset. If that doesn't work then I'd say it's something in the hardware, either the battery or the phone.
