Rear camera problem lg v10 f600s

My new lg v10s rear camera wont focus and takes photos in outdoor very white indoor very dark and black and white please help my Front camera takes normal

Does that persist in Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-29030. If so, then it's either a firmware or hardware issue.

Sorry, do you mean that the problem persists in Safe Mode? In that case, it's a firmware or hardware issue. Since the phone is new to you, are you able to return it for a refund or exchange? Or is it still under warranty from LG?

Thank you very much for your attention but yes safe mode same no under warranty but What do you think am i change the camera

If you're handy enough to replace the camera module, give it a try. Otherwise, bring it to a repair shop.
