I use lg bridge to upgrade my v10 to android 6,it download normal but d'ont install

Do you get an error message? Did anyone ever root the phone and flash a different firmware before this?

No,i have only this message "the phone can't install the update.

Was the phone originally from a different carrier than the one you're using now? If so, then it's possible the phone needs to be on its original carrier's network to successfully install the update.

It's a T-Mobile ,now i use algerian opirator

That might be the reason. I don't know for sure about LG, but Samsung phones need to be on the original carrier in order for Smart Switch to successfully install system updates.
