Blurry / Bad Resolution on Downloaded Files

[Android Central Question]

I use reservations for my daily commute, which requires displaying a ticket with a bar code on my phone. When I open the file direct from the e-mail, it displays clear and readable, but when I download it and open the download, its blurry. I just texted one of them to myself, and when I open it from the text, it's the same thing.

I was using a workaround of opening the files from file manager/downloads, as they were blurry in gallery, but they are now blurry in downloads as well. Is there a setting causing this to happen?

I have a V10.
