Not at all. The white section of the case is a hard plastic but the gray "grooves" are a rubber like material. Best grip ever and no problems putting in or out of pants

And an added bonus, aftermarket usb c cables (at least the choetech and iorange ones I have) have no problem fitting plus all my headphones snap in perfect as well with plenty of room

There are 4 colors I think. Black, white, purple and blue. The white is really nice. I've never had a white case but I would definitely recommend this even though it's a little on the pricier side. It's worth the extra though

Same setup as mine

Passed on the vrs for 2 reasons. If you use the kickstand, the volume controls are on the wrong side. They should have made it opposite.
But the worse was the Camera lens is almost flush with case and with the lens issues, that was the nail in the coffin for a big pass for me.

They just had the high pro case with even more of a discount today... $13.50, so I caved and got one. I will have 7 cases for my v20...I need to stop buying cases. Oh, but I want a leather Wallet style case yet... Lol

Just got my Trident case. I gotta say this case is nothing compared to my BODYGUARDZ. Rubber is tacky and attracts lint and also sticks to the inside of my pants pocket making it hard to put in and take out, the volume buttons are too sensitive. Rubber is loose around bottom edges because of the way it was made. The back is slippery and slides when on smooth surfaces. I am not impressed. I Don't like it.

I still like the bodyguardz as my favorite case.

EDIT...I actually just sent trident an email telling them how much I do not like the v20 case. I hope I get a refund. This case is crap in so many ways.

I got the clear Speck at the AT&T store. But I'm returning it because it's hard to get the phone in and out of the case to swap battery. I got this Spigen case for half the price and its much easier to remove from the phone. Also I hated the clear rubber corners on the Speck. It got dirty fast, and the thin piece of rubber at the USB port already started stretching. No thank you.

Got my vrs high pro today!
Nice case, but it does not even come close in comparison to my BODYGUARDZ in protection imo.

I still like it though. Probably my second favorite case so far.

We will see once my ghostek case arrives though....

Anyone find a true bumper similar to https://rhinoshield.io/pages/crashguard ? I contacted Rhinoshield twice but they say they are not going to make a bumper for the V20.
