Hi all. Just got a new v20. Headphone jack is not a very firm connection and is prone to be nudged out of position if it is bumped.

Anyone else?

No static and not a poor audio connection, just pulls out easily. Curious to know how everyone else's is...

Same with or without case. It's OK and works properly just not nearly as tight of a fit as my old phone. With note 4 I had a real firm connection, solid enough to suspend phone from cord...

Did you try other headphones?
Mine is a snug fit.

Tried 2 so far. Gonna give it a good real life test just walking around with phone in back pocket as I normally do and see how it goes...

This is a bummer. There is a problem with the jack. Play/pause do not work, mic does not work.
Major disappointment

Omg I think that was it! I'm feeling a little stupid right now :) but a bit of addl force and it clicked in all the way, nice and snug,
Thanks for the suggestion. Like I said, feeling stupid but relieved at the same time!

That's how I felt yesterday. I was like I can't believe I got a bad unit. Then I played with it.

I ran into that when I went walking today. I plugged the jack in and started Pandora, then slipped the phone into my pocket, only for the music to pause. I pulled it out and saw that the connector had loosened, so I pushed it back in and felt it click in. It was OK after that.
