Just successfully installed a tempered glass screen protector with LOCA. I would definitely not consider it easy but the finished product is well worth it.

Sorry about the terrible pictures but my old NOTE II was the only other camera I had on hand and it wanted nothing to do with macro or focusing today.

I am in absolutely no way a professional, LOCA can be purchased on eBay for a few dollars the screen protector I'm using was 2 for $7 on eBay and the uv light I used was $10 but I also used a uv reptile light and the sun for final curing.

So you were able to bend the TGP using this method? Very cool. I'm kind of surprised you found a TGP that covers the whole screen. This would have made a great video if you had recorded the whole process. 👍👍

I wanted to do a video but it takes both hands covered in LOCA not to mention 3 trys. During those 3 trys I still only used 1 screen protector and less than 5 ml of LOCA.

Oh ok. So was the tempered glass pre bowed to fit the screen or is the LOCA strong enough to hold it down? Was it a v20 protector you purchased?
