LG first to have the 2nd screen and dual camera?

HTC M8 count because you can't actually use both cameras. Now we're starting to see other people rip off LG, including the former HTC U Ultra and Macbook Touch Bar. Was LG first to introduce these? LG made the first curved smartphone but that didn't last too long (who knows, maybe it'll make a come back?).

The M8 didn't have 2 rear cameras. One of them only recorded depth info for the visual effects options you could add in the stock app. I actually liked that feature.

You can install the stock Google Pixel camera app and there's a blur background feature which is pretty cool actually. You can find the apk online somewhere.
