V20 - no connectivity unless on wifi

I have an LG V20, and have had it for about a year.
Tonight, while I was out, my internet quit working. The 4G LTE icon is lit up, and the up arrow is lit up, but the down arrow does not light up. My bill is paid up, and my wife can connect on her LG V20. I cannot receive texts or get on the internet until I get on a wifi network.

I have tried restarting the phone, and I have reset the network settings. Nothing has worked so far. Please help!

Have you tried swapping the SIM cards in your phone and your wife's phone? If data works in your phone with her SIM, then your SIM has gone bad, and you'll need to get a new SIM from your carrier.

I did not try a different SIM card.
I got up this morning and my phone was working again. No idea what happened.
