Can't send pictures w/Textra AT&T

Texture works fine except everytime I try to send a picture it doesn't work and I believe this happened before but I updated to Oreo and it's still happening. I called AT&T and they switched me back to the generic texting program but that one really sucks because any time you have a longer text than three or four sentences, it sends it as a file that some people don't receive

So right now, can you all send pictures via Textra on an AT&T v20?

I'll check when I take my sim out of my V30 to put in my V20 to update to oreo. But the only time I ever had problems sending pictures is during spotty mobile or wifi data. Same on my V30 and V20, both on AT&T and both using Textra.
