MMS messages

I have moved my Sprint unlocked phone to a MVNO provider using T-MOBILE towers. All the features on my phone are working except for MMS messaging. I'm unable to send or receive photos etc. using MMS messages. Does anyone know a fix for this?

Let's see if it's the app itself, can you try Google messages and see if the issue is still there?
