As always, untouched, uncropped, all manual, all handheld.

It's obvious that mobile phones still have issues with low light and noise, but for outdoor photos, they are brilliant!

Is the lightsabre photo taken with a real toy or is that super-imposed? And I love the Star Wars shirt!
A real one, he made it himself. Planning to build one on my own as well. He bought the shirt in Australia.
First attempt at some night shots. Not sure I could have found a more challenging situation.

V30 is not a great auto shooter. Pixel, followed by note 8 (I have both) will always be better.Wow those are amazing. Are those from the v30? Would you like to elaborate on how you got those shots?
I have the v30+, and as a longtime Samsung user I've been unimpressed with the camera. I never needed to do anything more than point and shoot before and would get some stunning photos much of the time.
My experience with v30 has been mostly bad or blurry photos with the occasional random stunner.
Maybe I need more practice or learn more stability or the controls. I would prefer not to have to go.manual all the time though because on Galaxy S6 Edge phone and S4 I rarely did manual but almost ways got great shots.
Hmmm ok thanks. I bought this phone for the quad DAC, which is wonderful. I care alot about sound. I've purchased numerous very expensive audiophile-grade brand headphones, and stupidly expensive portable amp/DAC to physically tether to smartphones, which is very unwieldy, to get the kind of soup d I now get just from the v30+ device itself.V30 is not a great auto shooter. But the V30 is my favorite. The wide angle is a game changer. Makes for impossibly beautiful compositions. And with a bit of editing in Lightroom you can match the pixel's photo quality in final output.
You need to put in more work with the v30 but there is reward.
