Both submitted 2nd day after V30 went on sale.

My registration was approved on 10/13, and got my shipping email yesterday. Sounds like they are shipping in clumps as opposed to date of registration.

Received notification today that my Daydream VR has shipped. Email includes tracking number. Should arrive in 5 to 7 business days per the email.

Yup, I got my notice. And update. It's already on the way.

It's already in PA (Lewisberry near Harrisburg, only 2-3 hours from my house) but now says delivery Friday Dec 1st. (FedEx)

Mine shows that it arrived in my city this morning but the expected delivery date is still 11/30!

I sure hope it can make it here sooner than that!

Looks like Smartpost is probably handling these, which means FedEx dumps the packages at the USPS sort facility, where it takes another 2-3 days for processing.
