Did you end up getting yours yet? Mine changed to paid before Xmas and I still haven't received it... hoping its just because of the holidays. My other one that I purchased and submitted changed to paid and I got it in the mail like 4 days later.

Yes, I did get mine. Actually it came some time BEFORE I started this topic! Somehow it got put in "the pile" and I found it New Years day.

Mine says Date Received 11/5/17. Status Paid.
Haven't received it yet. I'll give it until 2/5/18 (12 week mark) then call/complain.

I'd suggest contacting them sooner. Most of us reported getting the card within a week after our status changed to "Paid." I would think that's the expectation.

Called LG today. They said it was mailed on Jan. 15th. Allow 7-10 days.
