Any way to get Cine Video to not be as zoomed in?

Hi there,

I am planning on using the V30 as a convenient vlogging camera for an upcoming trip I have.

I love using the built-in Cine Video filters.

However whenever I activate this mode, the image is either cropped or zoomed in?

The field of view is much more narrow.

However when I shoot in manual-mode for video, there is an option to select between zoomed in or more wide angle (the 1 tree vs 3 tree button). However this mode seems to lose the cine video filter functions.

I don't know if I can add cine video filters in manual mode and still maintain the wide angle look?

Or can I record a regular clip in manual mode and add a filter in post processing? I've never done any video editing before.

I noticed this as well. Seems like it was face teaching? As soon as I started recording, it zoomed in. I tapped the wide angle lens icon, then the video zoomed out. If you're vlogging and driving, this works great with a magnetic car mount.
