Screen flicker issue?

I'm having a strange issue with my screen whenever it's been locked for awhile mostly. When I go to unlock it, it will have this weird quick flicker on the screen then it comes on. Also, it does it sometimes when viewing my always on display after awhile. is it also normal for the always on display to not be on? It seems like it comes on a lot when I look at the phone.

No, I did not. I don't use it.

I found that my v30 does it only when I leave a certain app. Just the 1 app. Strange.

Not sure if we are talking about the same thing or not.

Every once in a while, my V30 when unlocking will go to full brightness then immediately reset back to the last-used brightness level. The only time I notice it is in a somewhat dark environment.
