Can't wirelessly charge and mirror screen at same time

When I connect USB flash drive or USB type c hdmy adaptor to my lg v30 phone, then whone stopps charging wirelessly. Why and how I can fix it?

Short answer is you can't. Most USB-C adapters that support display out are also powered adapters, which means they can also supply power to the device. Wireless charging and USB charging cannot be enabled at the same time (charging protection), and since USB usually charges faster, the phone will default to wired charging when both are present.
