Fruit basket shot in Manual mode. I fixed it at ISO 50, with auto focus and auto white balance. 1st shot is unfiltered, 2nd shot is Bazaar filter from Google Photos.

This one was shot with the AI cam, - no filters. Just point, focus and shoot. I have to say that overall details when viewed at 100% are disappointing due to heavy pixel binning. My older HTC U11 would outperform in this circumstance.

While visiting the Stocking Frame pizza bar in Los Angeles, I took a shot of its interior. Shot in Auto mode, 1st shot is unfiltered:

GCAM vs. Stock Camera

Here are two shots taken in order at Pershing Square, Los Angeles:

With ported GCAM, HDR mode on, no flash:

With Stock LG V40 camera, Auto mode, HDR on, no flash:

Although the stock camera depicts the "natural look" of the scene, sharpness and detail is compromised. The GCAM is oversaturated in color but restores clarity and detail. I'm finding myself using GCAM more often than the stock camera at night due to its superior post-processing.

I like both, but the Gcam shot is fantastic.

Pretty stark difference. I generally prefer natural looking shots, but that one is pretty cool looking. I never saw a stable GCAM port when I had my V40, is it pretty recent?
