Anyone use cwm to load zip files

Basically I have some nes games I want to install and in the past I used cement to flash zip files.

Well I think I flashed cement using rom manager but am afraid to open cwm.
I don't want to brick my phone.

Ideally you want to avoid that....but you can always unbrick....:/
