So just teasing us, Nigel? Or is that just a really long 10 minites? Lol

So, is this gonna be a ics-compatible update?

Lol, I should stop giving out ETAs when I'm multi-tasking. :) But either way posting the links now. :p

Edit: Oh and yes, this recovery was built from LG's ZVI source, so ICS is compatible.

No prob. Lol

On the recovery, though, I got the "Enter the Fastboot" thing.

O_O. Is that new or has it been here? I haven't changed anything pertaining to the menu options, I only changed the internal coding, and some line breaks that I thought up. Nothing visually should have changed though, so I'm perpelexed

It's new with the ics update. Same thing I got when trying to flash the previous versions after the update. There's a thread discussing it. Just a blue screen with "Enter the Fastboot" twice followed by "Long time no see!"

I got that same message when the update.zip wasn't on the phone. I put the update.zip back on the phone and reboot too recovery and I was in stock recovery. Has anyone notice the stock recovery layout since the upgrade

I have the update.zip sitting on my sd and booted successfully into it earlier today, but with the new panda flashed, fastboot.

Did something change noticeably on the stock recovery? Haven't spent much time on there. I just wiped my cache.

Yeah, all recoveries since ICS was released has been redesigned. Personally, I don't like the design, but many people do.

Also, I don't have the device so I have no idea what LG has done. :p

PS: Snow is coming down up here. O_O

Re: [CWM][SOURCE] Pure ProjectPanda Recovery

I am wondering if LG did some partition changes on this upgrade. I sure do miss the snow after living in NYC for over 14 years. I really haven't had a change too do anything since the update. Been helping others with unbrick phone and manual install ICS. I am still pure stocked

Tommy, if you look in /proc/mounts it lists all of the mount points and permissions for everything.
