I am from Europe and I will be visiting the US in a week. I am looking to get the Urbane2, but I need to figure which LTE bands are supported and whether it will work in Europe. Since ATT version seems to be unlocked, I will be heading straight to ATT and will try it with my own simcard. Is is sold without a plan from ATT.
    Thanks.

No it will not work (same story as original Samsung Gear S). The ATT version supports:
    1. 850/1900 MHz for 2G/3G and LTE.
    2. 2100Mhz for 3G.

The voice and text are still going through 3G or 2G signals, not LTE. So, 850/1900 pretty much means it will only work in North America countries (and Brazil, Australia).

2100 MHz is widely supported for 3G in Europe.
