LG Urbane Blck screen...won't turn on??

Put the watch on the charger last night and when I got up this morning it won't turn on?? It booted twice and went to an apps screen where is said I had like 10 of 50 apps?? And looked like it was going to boot up and then would just go black again. Now it is black and won't do that??

had same problem with GWR. phone wud say it's connected but screen dark. just sent it to LG Texas for warranty fix. it also started with freezing and rebooting and saying updating app 12of 50.
