Help needed for install!

Hey folks.
I recently rooted my GS4 (T-Mo), and I wanted to flash Cyanogen onto my phone. I am very inexperienced, as my failure proves so much. I followed the instruction on their website, but now I can't boot into recovery mode. It's giving me the blue, red and yellow message in the top car er. I have no idea how to fix this, and was hoping someone could walk me through the fix and how to install properly. I'm a complete and total newb to this, so please spare comments about how I shouldn't have done it etc. I get it.

I can completely understand your frustration. I would love to attempt to help you out.

1) Does the phone boot into ANY mode at all?
2) What does the error message say, exactly?
3) Did you download a copy of the stock ROM?
4) Did you create a backup?

Hi there Aaron, are you currently in fastboot mode? What instructions did you follow to flash CM? What build did you use? What recovery did you flash?
