Download Won't Complete

Several hours ago, I purchased a live wallpaper from the marketplace. When I tried to download it, nothing happened. It just says "starting download," but it never actually starts. When I go to My Apps, it says it's downloading, but no progress is being made at all. When I go to the actual app page, nothing is happening there either. I've tried to stop and restart several times, but that's done nothing. I requested a refund from the seller, but I doubt that'll happen since I've read several other reviewers having the same issue as me and not getting a refund. Anyway, at this point I just want it cleared from My Apps page, but I can't seem to do that. It's in a perpetual state of downloading, even if I shut down and restart my phone. Is there anyway I can delete this completely?
