Need help regarding Google Play.

Hi, i have purchased some app credits for Nextplus app. Now the problem is that money has deducted from my account but I didn't got any credit.

I contacted to google and Nextplus both, they both are referring me to each other. What should i do now?

Do you have any receipt of the transaction? If the purchase was made as an in-app purchase, Nextplus dev is probably the one to contact. If the transaction was made through the Play Store, then that would be Google.
