Ok, here is what i have done. I downloaded doubletwist and created a playlist on the pc. Then sync the dx. Then i use the standard media player. This allows me to shuffle in a playlist. This was a horible oversight by the platform. No good media player

Well, since I can't sync podcasts from my Mac to my EVO, I'll have to say "none of the above". I know of everyone talking about just downloading OTA, but I would rather download video podcasts (which tend to be huge) to my computer first. DoubleTwist continues to drag its feet in this regard (why can the PC version subscribe to podcasts, but not the Mac version? That's royally messed up).

Do any of these sync iTunes DRM videos? I have a bunch of Blu-ray movies that came with digital copies that I had to get via iTunes..

No. FairPlay DRM is limited to iStuff only.

Well, I guess I'm off to get an app to strip the DRM and then just drag/drop onto my DroidX

Another option is to embed the album art directly into the song file. That way, you don't need to import album art ever again. It goes with the song file. It takes a little time and effort to do a back catalog, but I think it's worth it.

I wrote an article on it, if anyone is interested.

Cory suggested iSyncr and I haven't looked back ever since. It's simple, effective, reasonably quick, and well worth the cost.

I use iTunes Agent but my needs are very simple (I don't need playlists synced, for example).

Just "Long Press" on the playlist in iSyncr and you'll get the option to not sync it.

Props to WinAmp for their WIRELESS sync option! Pretty easy, once you sync the phone to the PC software.

I just plug my phone up to the laptop, turn on storage mode, and drop music onto my sd card. Works great with no extra installs necessary.

So far, I'm liking it. Took 3 separate syncs to get all my iTunes albums over via wifi, but it worked. Probably something to do with the phone going into sleep-mode. Adding album art discovery would make this a more complete package.
