Unused ram is wasted ram. That's what enables the quick operation of apps, rather than having to load it all from scratch. When your phone needs more ram, it kills the process that is not being used in awhile.

I have white model, and I got the OTA the other day. Is your phone not being recognized when plugged in to pc?

I'm rocking the Otterbox Defender, minus the built in screen protector. Hated that thing! Luckily it pops out easy.

I'm stuck. Big red is the only good service around me. My wife and I and two oldest kids are on plan under my mother in laws name because we get her 20% discount on service and accessories.

It's like this all the time. When I had the s3 everyone on xda was losing their minds (myself included) waiting for the 4.3 update, and now it's KK driving everyone mad. Verizon does a lot of testing. Other companies release bug-ridden updates. Pick your poison.

I really did get the ota yesterday. I am not the guy on twitter. My phone is stock, never rooted. I didn't think folks would get worked up about this. I did, however, think the ota was rolling out. Apparently something else happened.

And... I haven't noticed any real difference, expect for the status bar. The whole thing looks just like 4.2.2, is slightly faster, but that's all. And I posted that last screen shot because I realized I didn't include it. Some people think I'm trolling, but I'm not.
