Yup, did all that and only got 30, but, if I read your post i shouldn't expect more than that. What a bummer. Basically makes the tablet worthless to travel with unless there is an app for volume boost beyond 30. Thanks for the response! 10dorado

Yes it does, but it seems to work in real time. That's to say that it looks like it has to play the entire movie to remove the software and it is making my CPU work like it never has before!

OK folks, I downloaded MX player and then downloaded a digital copy of a movie I was given for Xmas. I tried to copy it to the Nexus 7 and it states that the device will not accept the .wmv or support .wmv files and that I need to find a program that will convert the file before copying. HELP!!
