I'm testing my gps using "gps test" app, and no matter what, even with 15+ satellites in use, the accuracy will be 10+ meters (maybe sometimes 7-8 meters but it won't keep it), which is a lot. Older devices could achieve 3-5 meters of accuracy quite easily, even indoors(!) Defective sensor or...
