So I recently got a GS4 and I'm having WiFi issues. WiFi worked for a day then I started getting "Your network connection is unstable" and wifi no longer worked. Researched this problem a bit and 4.3 seems to be the cause of it. I think it may be an app that kicks in that causes WiFi to fall...
