I guess it is me too. It can recognize my voice when I push the button but it will not wake up for me. That is very aggravating.

I changed mine also, hope it helps.

I had the sensitivity to max and data on, still did not work. Reset sensitivity to normal.Don't make sense to me.

Is there anyone else having trouble with Bixby? I setup the voice part of it and all went well. When I try and activate it from any screen, it won't activate. I am new to the note scene, maybe I don't know what I am doing.

Can you try the original email on your phone, that is what I did. I tried earlier to use the app and it did not work for me.

Try it on your phone Gary, that is exactly what was happening to me. I had the email on my phone and used that to log in. That should do it for you.

Update, I finally got it ordered. I had been using my PC and I still had the email on my phone so I tried that. The use of the phone worked fine, was about to get concerned.

Am I the only one that can't preorder this phone? I received the email to order and it won't let me log in. Called Samsung twice and was told that they were busy. Been trying for 3 hours. Whats up with that?
