    Charging time

What reviews are you referring to? Androidcentral's review didnt say anything about reliability. Also I mentioned that I'm aware of some of the cons with this device. Do you own a Revo yourself? Can you speak from experience?

    Charging time

Hey guys, I'm thinking about picking up the Revo because it's 4g on the cheap. I've read all of the reviews. I like the form factor and the design. I can deal with Bing and all of the other cons with this device. The only thing that concerns be is charging time. Do you guys notice long charging...

    Fascinate Froyo Speculation and Rumors

This phone should be renamed the Fascinating Conspiracy Theory. Maybe my theory is reaching a tad :)

    Fascinate Froyo Speculation and Rumors

Here's a thought, what if there's an agreement with Bing that lasts one year. That puts it into August if I can remember correct. Maybe Verizon is just waiting until then to release 2.3. In the meantime they've leaked 2.2 for all of us techy people to have it. So that being said we would have...

    Fascinate Froyo Speculation and Rumors

Hmmmm I think this thread might have a field day with this. I guess it's possible but the way things have gone with this phone, I wouldn't hold my breath. If this did happen, I would still prefer a debloated version of it.

I will **never*** buy another Samsung

I don't mind the phone so much after I rooted it and got Froyo. It's a really nice piece of hardware. Great specs and slim. People drool over the Super AMOLED screen. My reluctance is with Verizon. They've done a lot lately to make it easier to switch carriers. Beyond the delay of the ota update...

    (Resolved)Possible brick, please help

The AndroidCentral post that has the step by step on how to root and install ROMs is awesome. Very nice work. I was able to reinstall CWM Recovery and install Froyo on my phone. Wow, it's blazing fast so far. Good stuff. Who needs an official OTA.

    (Resolved)Possible brick, please help

Hey guys, Here is one that I have not seen an answer for. I was trying to root and accidentally did somthing I did not want to do so I pulled the battery while in the manual (blue) mode. I can get back to the Manual recovery mode but anytime I choose a selection all I get is a white triangle...

    Fascinate Froyo Speculation and Rumors

Yeah I am in the same boat as you. I have 4 lines with 3 of them smartphones for my family plan. I priced out a comparable plan with Sprint and I can save close to $50/month. I just got the sunday ads and BestBuy has the Fascinate for a $1. I think that might be another indication as to how much...

Motorola Considering Its Own Smartphone OS, Android ?Shooting Itself In The Foot??

I agree, before Android, Motorola was was on life support in my opinion. Before the OG Droid, what was the last Motorola device that was notable? The Razr! The problem is that now with Android and iOS pretty much setting the standard for OS, everything that comes afterwards will get compared to...

    Android on feature phones

Hey guys, Just wanted to get your thoughts on Android on feature phones. While smartphones are probably the best way to utilize Android, I wanted to see what everyone thought of Android creeping into feature phones. The most interesting one I've seen is the Motorola i886 from Sprint. While it's...

    Fascinate-stock android

Thanks again guys, I used to have a droid eris and I remember having the ability to turn off the Sense UI and get back to stock. I doubt that we'll ever see that ability again especially with Verizon. Maybe the Froyo update would allow this? (Wishful thinking)
