I too pre ordered 2 Note 4s from Best Buy and have yet to receive the emails to pick them up. The $200 trade in for any smart phone ends Nov 1 so all I can say is that I better have them by then! The salespeople at the BB where I purchased them have been real jerks too. They could have told...
