    Question S8 keeps shutting off during data transfer.

    Thanks for taking the time to answer. It was the apps. The new phone didn't support some of them. I actually ended up backing up the old phone to Samsung cloud and then restored on the new phone. The apps took a couple of tries, but finally finished. Thanks again!

    Question S8 keeps shutting off during data transfer.

    S8 keeps shutting off during Smart switch transfer to new S23, any ideas what is going on or what I should do to fix? Tried Wi Fi and cable.
