Since syncing my SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 3 to my desktop computer all my photos I take only show on small part of mobile screen. I have to manually resize each one! How can I get it back to photos showing on full screen?

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005 v5 When I hold down on an icon it wants to move entire page containing all icons on the page. Version 4.4.4 used to let me hold and drag individual app icons but v5 doesn't.
