LeoRex: Sorry - I assumed your suggestions were meant to get the button working again. If they provide an alternative method for getting the functions without using the button, then of course I am interested & will take a look. Many thanks!

I (previously) used the Home button to bring up the "Recent Applications" screen, which then allowed me to select options to close some or all of those applications. I haven't found any other way to get to that option without the Home Button. That is...

Closing Applications without using Home Button?? It's a long story I won't go into here, but my Home Button no longer works... At first I thought this wouldn't be a problem, but then I remember I need to use it to close applications. Is there any alternative way of closing open applications...

Hi! Is there some way to completely deactivate the S Voice feature on my S4 Mini? I don't ever want to have my phone talk to me & it is irritating that just accidentally squeezing the home button twice, while the phone is "locked" & in a pocket, brings up S Voice complaining about not finding...

I am now quite satisfied with "LED Blinker Lite" which gives me a visual indication as I wander past my phone on my desk. Thanks for the other suggestions!

Thanks for that suggestion! In the meantime, I found & installed "LED Blinker Lite" which uses the screen like NoLED but does actually seem to work on my device. I will try it for a few days to make sure, before testing anything else. Thanks again!
