None of this worked. I don't hear any sounds and I don't see any of the options you mentioned including the connected for charging.

Go Keyboard was the culprit for me. I'd even pay for Go to make their adware go away but they don't seem to offer that option.

With power saver mode engaged it will stop streaming music or stop shooting a video, even if you don't want it to. Also can't seem to send attached files by email - it takes hours for them to get there. Not pleased with these 'bugs.'

It also seems to stop when you are shooting a video. WTF is this Samsung? What good is 'power saving' if it shuts down all the stuff you're trying to do?
