I have a Moto X on Verizon and an IPad Mini 1st Gen Wifi only. On my Moto x I have downloaded foxfi but unfortunately I'm on 4.4.2 so I can't do wifi tether with it like I used to could. Okay I know you probably don't know why they did but I thought the FCC made them allow it?
