I have found that files downloaded only from a website can be picked up by Aldiko. I use Moon Reader Pro for ePub files. I email them to myself and pick them up that way. Sorry, haven't tried the Nook App, but hopefully someone will have the answer for you.

I have an iPad, Nexus7 and several Kindles. I do not use these interchangeably. The iPad would be best for your work related activities. Maybe I am underutilizing my Nexus. I got it primarily as a book reader and for e- mail and it is great for that. IPad is the best for surfing.

Count me as one! This is my first android device, so I am trying to catch up with my knowledge gap. I wanted a smaller lighter back-lit device for books than reading on my iPad. Have a Kindle as well. Still use a flip phone.:eek:
