I checked my setting and that's the way I have it set up. I still have the problem. I don't know why it gives the wrong notification sound on the repeats.

That's the problem. The app wasn't great but it generally work. Google messages works OK too just can figure out the notification issue.

Some sync to the exchange server but the duplicates are on the phone and do not sync. Plus not all are duplicated. It's a bit of a mess but you really don't notice it. I'd just like to clear out unnecessary stuff taking up storage space.

I still don't get a notification badge for voice mail. That dissappeared with the Oreo update and I have never been able to get it to work. I literally have no idea I received a voice message if I don't hear it come it, unless I open that app and check for a voice message. It's a real pita.
